Downloads License Agreement

This License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement") is a legal contract between you (the recipient or user) and us ("The Mad Dogs") the legal owners of these works. This Agreement supersedes all previously published Agreements with regards to the use of this image.

This License Agreement is a license for usage and not of sale or ownership. The graphics, images, concepts and graphical representations (hereafter referred to as "Images") are, and will always remain, the exclusive property of The Mad Dogs.

These images are provided completely royalty-free without limitation. The images can be integrated or used in a derivative work, can be included in a collection of images, provided on for further use and distribution, or redistribution, provided they are used within the scope and intent of this license agreement.

The images are the sole and exclusive property of The Mad Dogs. This license affords the ability for you to use these images, but does not in any way, effect or allow a transfer of ownership without the written permission and agreement of The Mad Dogs, the legal owner of these works.

Under this License, you may distribute or redistribute our images. Each distributed or redistributed image must include a copy of this license agreement, a copy of which was provided to you when the image was retrieved electronically, or downloaded from a website owned or operated by The Mad Dogs.

If you have received one of the Licensed images without a copy of this License Agreement, you are still bound by the terms of this agreement.

You may freely integrate our images into your commercial and non-commercial works, however the images and graphics must be used wholly as they were originally provided by The Mad Dogs, and cannot be disseminated or re-worked.

Any and all integral copyright and labeling components of the images must remain intact and cannot be removed, covered, hidden or defaced in any way. On all of your derivative works, works that integrate and include our images, credit must be given to www.TheMadDogs.com.

Redistribution:
This license allows for redistribution of the stand-alone image, commercially and non-commercially, providing that in all exchange actions including, but not limited to, downloads from the internet or other interconnected data servers, transfers via Intranets, inclusion on electronic media such as CD, DVD, memory cards or other, and all electronic transmissions, the image is provided in the original and unchanged format. A copy of this license must be included with every redistributed image.

If you provide this image to an end-user and there is a charge for the service, the cost or charge payable is only for the non-exclusive right to download the image and includes our royalty-free license for use. Under no circumstances may you represent, infer or indicate that you have the right to sell the image, but you must indicate that any and all costs & charges paid or deemed payable are for the distribution services only and that a royalty-free usage license only is passed to the payer or purchaser. If any portion of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable and is struck from the agreement, that portion alone is severed with the understanding and agreement that all other portions of this Agreement remain enforceable and in effect.
